This documents what happens when both Acquire::HTTP::ProxyAutoDetect
and Acquire::http::Proxy-Auto-Detect are set, which is also an
interesting thing to know.

But what I was asking was: what happens when both *Acquire::HTTP::Proxy*
and Acquire::http::Proxy-Auto-Detect are set?
