Bug#727680: apt: [l10n-fr] "Confirmation" sentence for replacing essential packages contains unidentifiable character

Oh, yes! Please challenge that wording. I hate it for years (including
the English version, indeed) and probably just need a few more people
to also hate it, to have it changed..:-)
