Bug#756535: apt: apt-transport-https package should be installed by default

Package: src:apt
Version: 1.0.6
Severity: normal

https transport should not be treated different than ftp (to name
one).

Is really neccessary to have apt-transport-https package instead of
having that transport in apt package directly?

Thanks,
