Oh, who knows whether this would be on by default at this point *g*  We
can bikeshed that much later Ifear — it would depend on a lot of currently
unknown factors (archive coverage, etc.).

I had actually not considered this approach. Still, as it stands I am
really trying to work out any kinks in the interface; where the code
actually lives (apt/dpkg/apt-listbugs) isn't really that big a thing.
