This seems to be produced by the hook script appstream adds for apt to
run at the end of an update and is hence out of control for apt as we
just provide a way of running other related update commands without
blocking it from producing output – so they can do their own progress
reporting and/or show errors/warning/infos as they see fit.

Hence reassigning completely to appstream which was CC'ed only
previously.
