About the (outdated) python-apt package on PyPI

Hi Michael and APT team,

Just a friendly reminder of the "python-apt on PyPI" situation. The APT team
intends to not maintain it on PyPI [1][2][3][4], and what's on it is, AFAICT,
severely [outdated] (0.7.8 released in 2012 vs 2.5.3 released 5 days ago).
