[PATCH v3 0/2] Configure the amount of kernels to keep

I figured out where to add the new configuration item as seen in the v2 version
of the patch. I now present the v3 version where the configuration item has
changed from NeverAutoRemove::KernelSize to NeverAutoRemove::KernelCount. I
also had NeverAutoRemove::KernelsToKeepAmount as an option but went with the
shorter version.

I think this is the final version of the patch unless people have feedback on
the code itself.
