Myself, I would probably simply have the client *both* print it as an
info text line (for consistent output), and then do whatever it wants to
do with it internally

A new patch in the same location now does that - after thinking about it for a while I agree that it's useful to have titles other than the main one.

The current Mosaic patch takes the first line's TITLE as the main title (used as window title and in history) and prints all other TITLEs as bolded info lines. Looks pretty good to me.
