OverbiteNX now in beta test

You can now get an updated Onyx native component with minor bug fixes and
performance improvements, and the add-on is now available signed from AMO
if you would prefer not to manually install it in about:debugging. Once the
beta test goes well, debugging will be completely disabled from the extension.
