   * Bump debhelper to 13.
   * Remove trailing whitespace in d/changelog.
   * Document Rules-Requires-Root
   * Patch to add 'strip' target in makefile. Closes: #437605
   * New patch: Add stdlib.h as header, needed for exit function.
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.6.0.
