Bug#1010711: RFS: codelite/16.0.0 dfsg2-1 [QA] -- Powerful and lightweight IDE

Thanks for the sponsoring Jeroen.

I only made a small change to the watch file before uploading (it
hardcoded "dfsg2" in the version mangling), and consequently also

I'm probably confused about when to increase the repackaging version and when not to. Until now, I have been increasing the repackaging version, to signal that the source has been repacked, again, regardless if it has been a new upstream release or not. Is this wrong? Do we only need to bump the repackaging version, if we repack the same upstream release more than once?

If we get a new upstream release, can we begin the repackaging version at one again?
