inconsistent policy?
hi,
little problem with lintian. some time ago one of my packages
was refused because the copyright file was not the full license (GPL)
but contained just a reference to it ("this package is distributed
under...") now i included the full license but lintian tells me:
E: python-popy: copyright-file-is-gpl
N:
N: The copyright file /usr/share/doc/<pkg>/copyright contains the
N: complete text of the GPL. It should refer to the file
N: /usr/share/doc/copyright/GPL instead.
N:
N: See Policy Manual, section 6.5 for details.
what should i do?
