IANAL but even if ESR is right about Apple putting just enough loopholes
and grey areas into their licence to qualify it in the eyes of the
'OSI board', doesn't even their terms of acceptance breach the "No
discrimination against any person or groups of persons clause"?

I quote:
"... In any event, you must be of majority age and otherwise competent
to enter into contracts to accept this license."

Sorry kids..  you may be old enough to write your own OS, but you'll
need a note from mum to hack at apple code!
