Anacron does indeed run along side cron's run in a few instances.  The solution
is to have the cron.{weekly,daily,monthly} calls in crontab be disabled and
to have anacron in charge of them.

What it means by "it does tricks to avoid this" is that it checks the current
time and decides if cron might be running -- anacron almost always gets this
wrong.

Editing the crontab is wrong, it is cron's conffile.  So we need some other
solution.
