The sxid package in it's default setup sends mail to root@localhost. For the past year or two my system has been running in a fashion such that it won't accept mail for user@localhost (which I have just changed). I believe that it's not appropriate to send mail to user@localhost and that sending it to just "user" is the appropriate way to do it. What is the general opinion on this matter? Russell Coker
