That is *finally* some sensible idea to satisfy both parties in this
discussion... 1) The installers would have to make it clear that this is a
non-free software (an educational role), 2) we would have to make sure that
the packages in question are available in correct version - that might
require a separate hosting infrastructure to be sure that we have an
appropriate quality of service level.
