I have submitted a wishlist bug against the emacspeak package
to upgrade to 18.0 on 26th August 2003 (Bug#207393). So far, I have
not received any reply from the package maintainer. Perhaps he has no
free time for Debian currently, or there are problems holding off
the upload of 18.0. Currently, we just don't know.
