I also don't understand what you mean by "I start the installer with medium priority" - I've never seen a choice.

It should be an explicit choice to have a configured Debian Command Line Interface (CLI) Text Mode.  It should be there for people who need it. Many blind users won't deal with a graphical interface and some of them aren't computer savy, they need something easy, an explicit choice.

Debian CLI Vinux is ancient. Maybe we should take a collection up to sponsor one of the Debian Developers to take it on and update it?

Debian CLI DNA version (minimal) would be an excellent candidate for Debian Net Installer at 198 MB.
