gatekeeper.dec.com:/pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/em86/

You can snag a more-or-less working Mozilla binary from www.lsl.com
(follow the "Motif" link). On my Redhat box, I needed to set
LD_PRELOAD=/lib/libBrokenLocale.so (or some such) in order to type in
form entry fields. I believe this has been covered at length on
axp-list@redhat.com; see the archives at
http://archive.redhat.com/axp-list/

I've had similar problems attempting to compile xemacs myself. It
seems to be confused about what platform it's running on, and I
haven't been able to spend enough time to figure out exactly where
it's going wrong.
