Busybox 0.43

I released BusyBox 0.43 last night. The version of BusyBox in the boot
floppies is a mix of 0.42 and 0.43. To avoid instability, since we are
supposed to be sortof frozen (and the last thing I want to do is break the boot
floppies), I have not been updating busybox for the boot floppies except for
critical bugs. I have been integrating fixes from the boot-floppies version
(such as Karl's fix for the syslogd bug) into the latest and greatest.

This leaves us where there is an increasing divergance between the boot
floppies version of BusyBox and the official released BusyBox. I have bug
fixes that have not gone into the boot floppies and that are not going to be
easy for me to bring back into the boot floppies without carrying along other
fixes which will carry along infrastructure changes, etc. I wouldn't have let
the divergence go as far as it has, except I was under the impression potato
was going to be released a while ago... Silly me. :)

Shall I upgrade the boot floppies to 0.43? Shall we just carry on as is for
the time being?
