This is a common belief, but it is wrong. The Mozilla built on
Debian is from the source tarball on the Mozilla site. The
reason the Build ID is wrong is that there is an environment
variable that must be set when building (which I had not known
about) to get the build ID updated.
M13 on Debian is a "True" M13 build.
