Yes. I guess I could start with the packages on the first CD and see if
it's any good. I will just use the pentium-builder package along with
some scripting to utilize the cluster. I will probably need some help
about some of the packages, but since most of them plainly use gcc, it
won't be that problematic. The hard part is to decide which packages
to apply optimizations on and which not. Definitely, some packages handle
it themselves, and in that case, I should let some of them do it themselves.
[by disabling the pentium-builder temporarily, perhaps adding to it a
feature like PENTIUM_BUILDER_DISABLED=true ?] Then I can ask more people
to try it out on a spare partition. I wonder how the boot disks will
completely fsck up.
