Hallo, I just try to debianize a library, that builds only .a libraries. Because Debian library packages should come with .so libs, I want to change the Makefiles, so that libtool is used. The library uses autoconf, but not automake, and I don't want to change it to automake. Has anybody experience in such a change and can give me some hints? Thanks in advance, -- debacle@debian.org
