The real problems come from the few that appears at the very end of the freeze process and keep the test cycle to be repeat too many time. And few is only relatives to the 4500 packages in Potato (or the 64k bugs in W2k). They're still too many to call potato stable until the last few weeks (few being 1 or 2 in this case).
