Future RFC for admin-tools.
I am in the process of preparing an RFC for the use of any admin-tool in
Debian that would take over part of the system like linuxconf. The RFC
will contain backwards compatability with sysV init, but it will probably
be impossible to make it that you can have different tools of this type
on a system, so that packages that these programs are part of will
probably have to conflict/provide/replace a virtual package (?admin-tool?)
