Problem with dpkg-source
I've finally gotten around to converting libc5 to the new source
format. I'm all done except for one little problem. dpkg-source
doesn't like the fact that the Debianized source has additional
directories, specifically the kernel headers in include/linux,
include/asm-*, etc. As far as I can tell, the "-t" option being
passed to patch is the cause of the problem as it forces patch to
ignore patches for which an original file can't be found. What can I
do about this? Lumping the ~600 or so kernel header files into the
main directory and having debian/rules sort it all out is NOT an
option as far as I'm concerned.
