Join the MFALFD (movement for a less fussy dpkg-source).

movement, with quite a few people complaining that we want to be able
to modify plaintext files that (in the upstream source) don't
end with a final newline, or who would like to create subdirs.

As long as dpkg-source doesn't support wat we need, I guess the only
way is to create a tar.gz and then uuencede it. This can be put
in ./debian, without complaints from dpkg-source. And it should
also be usefull evidence for the dpkg-source maintainer to try
and persuade him that dpkg-source really should be a little bit
less fussy.
