Idea about source packages

What if we provide a way to install source packages?

You could `dpkg -i package.dsc', dpkg would check the new
source-dependencies, and install the package in a `local package
repository'. It can be /usr/src/packages/.

Something loke this would enable us to install a dozen of packages we
want to rebuild, go to /usr/src/packages, and type `make world'. The
toplevel makefile would invoke the `debian/rules build' of every
directory.

The whole idea of this is to ease package rebuilding for users.
