Eventually two new packages: perlmagick and cbb

Hi.

I intend to package the following new stuff:

 o Perlmagick:
     Perlmagick is a perl module using the libmagick which allows
     loading any image format you've ever heard of and manipulate
     in memory.
     Think of it as a graphics scripting language.

 o CBB is a Check-Book Balancer for X11.
     It allows all the common bookkeeping operations a la Quicken.
     It's a tcl/tk script with some parts in perl.
     It's not really nice to see, but it does the job perfectly.

Unless someone complains loudly enough, I'll package these two and upload them in the main distribution.
