I think that it is very important to start adding the word "approximate"
to this date. bo should not be released just because it was planned that
way, but because QA says it is ok to release.

Same for this. Are we really ready to froze bo?
Things that I consider to be important but have not had time to check:
* base-files should provide and empty /usr/local, containing empty
/usr/local/bin, /usr/local/lib, etc. Last time I checked this it was not
that way (and it confuses ldconfig, among others).
* Boot floppies should be able to recognize MS-DOS partitions.
[ Sorry, I have not had time to transform this into bug reports. I don't
know if they are already solved or not. ]
