Wow, I didn't know there was a Linux port for this! Back when I was using
Windows rather heavily, WarFTPd was _the_ best ftp server around. And it
was the only good freeware (well, the Windows kind of free) ftp server.

Of course, the part of the license you quote will force the package to go
into non-free. Could you perhaps persuade the upstream maintainer to
remove this clause for at least the Linux port of his program?
