2.0.32 boot disks and kernel packages?

Hi!

Are there linux 2.0.32 boot-floppies for bo and appropriate kernel
packages (kernel-source, kernel-header, pcmcia-cs and isdnutils) for
bo?  This would be nice as that would fix the teardrop bug on every
new installation of Debian.
