Max Mount limit?

Hi all!
  Here at BNL, we have run into a problem that I seem to remember from
the past, but can't find in the archives.  There seems to be a limit
of 64 mounted filesystems.. how does one go about changing this?
I've looked through the kernel stuff, but I don't see it.
