Re: Unix names vs. 'Excel', 'Powerpoint', etc.
I don't have a problem with MS names. Excel? Excellence is not a bad thing
to aspire to. PowerPoint is no worse than Power Steering. Outlook and
Access seem pretty innocent.
None of these say "Let's Dance Upon The Backs of the Poor". Perhaps the
company that makes them reflects that ethos, but lots of good deeds that
help people are done with the same tools.
Perhaps you are confusing these with "Dominator", "Mastery", "Overcome",
"Engulf", "Devour", and so on. Good names for video games.
