If no /usr/bin/pager link is available on the system, man-db falls back
to more installing a light /usr/bin/pager pointing to /bin/more (through
another symlink because /bin/more is "owned" by another package: one
package must use update-alternatives _only_ with names owned by it;
don't know if this is in policy ... it should be :-) .
