Planning new virtual packages for hamm

Indeed, it is basically moving real packages to virtual ones.

Next e2fsprogs package will contain (again) both binaries and support
libs, because of technical problems dpkg cannot yet handle, e2fsprogs
being essential.

The problem is, most of these libs are general-purpose libs, and will
be used by more and more packages. The lib-dependency mechanism
requires for proper fonctionning that we keep track of these libs
changing version, as well as infos such as libc5/6 issues.

The standard way to do it is using standalone packages for those libs,
which is not possible here (see thread "Planning to merge
ss2g+comerr2g+e2fslibsg ..." recently on deb-dev for details).

My solution in this case is the use of the following virtual packages:

	ss2, comerr2, e2p2, uuid1, ext2fs2

These packages will be referenced in e2fsprogs's shlibs file, in order
to get deps right for depending packages.

If there are no problems with this, I'll upload a new e2fsprogs with
these features on March 18th, approx 18:00 GMT.
