Is this official?

The "ritual of printing" is for new versions. U.S. law
violation, in our case, was made by the author when he uploaded
to replay - it's on nether; probably that's why he doesn't
identify himself in the sources! :-) But there is a newer
version already, and this one is not available outside US. Yet
another one will be out in some days after the author gets a
chance to study the Mozilla sources.
