Yes, but in 2.1.x kernels the system call for this now has three options:
reboot OR halt OR poweroff. If I add "-p" to the halt system call, you
lose the option to halt instead of poweroff (OTOH there's no way to
poweroff at the moment).

I don't think anyone cares and most people would rather have the system
poweroff than halt, but I figured I'd ask first.
