The *latest* version of Netscape Navigator (4.6) is unable to make heads or
tails of a PNG if it isn't inlined.  Even if it is inlined, it's unable to
display PNG's with an alpha channel component correctly.

Maybe there is a way around this, but I don't know what it is, and it's not
implemented in the default Netscape configuration.  If some guru out there
knows how to get Netscape to grok PNG's correctly, Adam Heath would
probably like to hear from you.
