wtmp problem



Since a few days ago my system running potato (current as of yesterday's
mirror update) with 2.2.7 has been having some problems displaying correct
information for logins via telnet, but not ssh:

I'm not sure what package to file a bug report against, so I'm posting
this here.  Hopefully someone will have a clue what's going on here.
