devel-changes format
I've noticed quite a few uploads where the email sent from debian-devel is
of the form:
Installed:
.....[files]
BEGIN PGP MESSAGE
...[package]
I presume this is the new dinstall/dpkg combination that does this. Is there
any chance of reversing the order of these pieces - it's rather annoying
having to press PgDn everytime to see what a package is.
