ITP: xnecview, npp
I intend to package xnecview and npp, which are both tools which work
with nec (in main/hamradio), an antenna modelling program.
xnecview is GPL, so it will go to main/hamradio. It allows you to view
your NEC input files in 3D to view the antenna you have modelled, and
to view the radiation pattern in 3D also. This one may be delayed until
a proper release is made upstream.
npp is free for amateur use only, so it will go into non-free/hamradio.
It allows you to view and print the separate H and E radiation patterns
on 2D plots.
