Bug#40779: Requesting tm to be removed from unstable

In accordance to my "Offering obsolete package tm" mail to deb-dev
dated Wed, 23 Jun 1999, copied below, I request the removal of `tm'
from potato.

Hi there,

I used to take over tm only to bring it back from "orphaned" when I
used it.  Now it is unmaintained upstream, and obsoleted by "semi",
already packaged, which I now use, making it annoying to do any work
on tm.

There is an important bug against it for breaking GNUS, as well as
several other small bugs needing some investigation.

If someone wishes to take over this package to save it from being
discarded once more, please take over it shortly.  If nobody wants it,
I'll ask for it to be removed from the archive.
