I agree. We should freeze once perl-5.005 conversion is complete, and
after someone (the technical commitee?) determines whether *full* FHS
compliance must be achieved in potato.

Personally, I'd very much appreciate if somebody could outline the major
differences between FSSTND and FHS. Are the /usr/{doc,share,man}
directories the only problem?
