No, actually dh_perl has a much smaller feature set. It doesn't magically
parse perl programs and figure out what they depend on. It just sets up a
basic perl dependancy. (With some special magic to make that the _right_
dependancy and do dome other useful stuff if you're packaging up some perl
modules.) Dh_perl doesn't buy most people much, at least not yet. See man
page for a better explination.
