To tell the truth, the patches can be added to the main tcl/tk packages,
and I thought I tried to do the work with the main maintainer and sent
him a mail message that I want to help to merge them before ITP. Because
I also don't want any *-ja package *if possible*. I have e-mail messages
from David about the topic why we didn't so and if he agree I will forward
the contents to this ML.

I want you all to know that at least I want to make Debian a/the best OS
**for all the people of all over the world** in a best way within being
able to do now. i.e. Debian is *universal*, not for only English nor for
only Japanese, of course other languages.

Lastly, I thank you all sincerely for considering l10n, i18n and
other improvments of Debian. Let us take a global view of realizing
universal needs.
