ITP: glade-perl

Ok folks,

	time to package Glade-Perl into libglade-perl, here's the
control file:

Package: libglade-perl
Architecture: any
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}
Description: Perl modules to load a Glade XML interface or generate code.
 Glade::PerlGenerate is a module that will read a Glade-Interface XML
 file, build the UI and/or write the perl source to create the UI later.
