How many upstream source packages are there? The only places I can see
logically splitting things would be the ATM drivers, and the IP over ATM
support (does linux support anything else?) Possibly you split up SVC
and PVC support, but I can't imagine that the packages are all that
large so it probably wouldn't be worth it.
