ash/echo/POSIX/SUS
OK, I think we've all wasted enough time on this matter for now.
Here's a summary of what has happend:
* I released a version of ash with echo that was SUS compliant (this is also
POSIX compliant). This was foolish because we're less than 2 weeks away
from the freeze and that we've got a huge number of scripts that aren't
POSIX compliant in this respect.
* With the freeze in mind, I've reverted to the old behaviour for potato.
* For the release after potato, we need to make a decision on whether to
change the policy to not requrie POSIX compliance on #!/bin/sh scripts
or actually enforcing it.
So let us stop wasting time and concentrate on the release.
