Visit it later, when I *do* have internet access.
Many people have internet connections that are unreliable, slow,
expensive, arbitrarily blocked, or some combination of all those. We
should not assume that “has internet access” is a binary, all-or-nothing
property; and we should not dismiss the use cases of people who are
between those extremes.
